Q: My disc doesn’t do anything when I put it in my PC DVD-ROM drive. What am I doing wrong?
A: Ensure your drive has a ‘DVD’ symbol, this is required to do the transfer and play back the special features. If you have a valid DVD drive, the disc should ‘autoplay’ and a splash screen allowing ‘Launch Digital Copy’ or ‘Launch Special Features’ should automatically load. If this does not work, please follow these additional steps to manually load your menu: Go to My Computer > Double-Click the Fox icon where your DVD Drive is displayed.
Q: Can I copy to iTunes?

Q: I can’t get my DVD Special Features to play through Windows Media Player or my default PC DVD player. What am I doing wrong?
A: Simply manually launch your preferred PC software DVD Player, such as Windows Media Player, PowerDVD, WinDVD, etc. The movie or special features should automatically begin playing. If not, simply press the Play button on your software DVD Player.
Q: I can’t get my Windows Media DRM upgrade to work properly. What am I doing wrong?
A: First, ensure that you have a connection to the Internet, which is required to be Windows Media compliant, as well as to validate your serial code. If you are connected to the Internet and still cannot get your Windows Media update, please visit the Support > Windows Media Player section for additional troubleshooting tips.
Q: Does FOX use DRM (Digital Rights Management) on their Digital Copy titles?
A: Yes, currently FOX uses Microsoft Windows Media DRM.
Q: Is Digital Copy available to transfer to my iPod, PSP or other portable media player?
A: At this time, Digital Copy is only available to transfer to Windows PlaysForSure devices and Apple iTunes. Please check with your device manufacturer to verify PlaysForSure content, or go to www.playsforsure.com or www.apple.com/itunes. Additionally, compatible players must have video playback capabilities for protected WMV files of at least 800 Kbps.
Q: Where do I find my serial code to unlock my Digital Copy?
A: The serial code is supplied on the insert in the original ‘Digital Copy’ branded package.
Q: What do I do if I receive an ‘invalid serial code’ message when initializing my Digital Copy?
