At this time, video playback is not supported by some Android devices, such as the HTC Desire and rooted devices. If you are having trouble seeing video in the app, please check with the manufacturer to confirm whether your device supports video playback. Digital Copy without a disc

If your package does NOT contain a Digital Copy disc, refer to the section below:

Transfer using PC or MAC:

  1. Visit www.foxdigitalcopy.com/uk/go.
  2. In Step 1, Enter the Activation Code listed on your Digital Copy insert and click the "SUBMIT" button.
  3. Select the Android button in Step 2.
  4. Follow instructions in Step 3 to transfer file and launch the PLAYS EVERYWHERE Android app on your device.
  5. Once in the app, click the "Add New Movie" button.
  6. Enter the Activation Code in the app, which is listed on your Digital Copy insert and click the "SUBMIT" button.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to watch your Digital Copy.
  8. At any time, you can access your movie by going to your Library.

Digital Copy with a disc

If your package DOES contain a Digital Copy disc, refer to the section below:

At this time, video playback is not supported by some Android devices, such as the HTC Desire and rooted devices. If you are having trouble seeing video in the app, please check with the manufacturer to confirm whether your device supports video playback. You can also contact Fox Customer Support at foxdigitalcopy@foxcustomercare.com.

Transfer using PC:

  1. Insert the Digital Copy disc into your PC DVD drive.
  2. Click on the "Transfer Movie" icon.
  3. In the Digital Copy application, enter your unique activation code listed on the insert inside your Blu-ray or DVD package.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the title to your computer or personal device.
    • Click the Android icon and select your device.
    • Choose a destination for your Android transfer.
      • Your Android device must be attached to your PC using the USB sync/charge cable provided with your Android or it will not appear as a selectable device from the Anywhere Anytime app device list.
      • Some Androids may have multiple destination drives, which will appear on your PC/Mac screen prompting you to choose the destination. Choose the destination where you would like to transfer your title (either to the Android's built in memory or an added SD card).
      • In the event that you do not have enough room on the device's internal storage, you may be required to insert a Secure Digital card with enough space to accommodate the title you are attempting to transfer.
    • Your Digital Copy file will begin to transfer.
      • Transfer/download speed will vary based on processor speed and internet connection.
    • The transfer/download is complete when you receive a "Transfer Complete" message.
    • Click the "Install App" icon.
    • This will direct you to the Google Play site to download the PLAYS EVERYWHERE app through your Android.
    • After your download is complete and the App has been loaded, your file is ready to view on your device. From your device, press the PLAYS EVERYWHERE app and enjoy your title.

Transfer using MAC:

  1. Insert the Digital Copy disc into your Mac DVD drive.
  2. Close the DVD player window.
  3. Double-click on the disc icon on your desktop.
  4. Double-click on the "Transfer Movie" icon for the format you want in the Mac Finder window –Android.
    • In the Digital Copy application, enter your unique activation code listed on the insert found in your Blu-ray or DVD package.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the title to your personal device.
      • Click the Android icon and select your device.
      • Choose a destination for your Android transfer.
        • Your Android device must be attached to your Mac using the USB sync/charge cable provided with your Android or it will not appear as a selectable device from the Anywhere Anytime app device list.
        • Upon connecting your device to your computer, you may need to manually select 'USB Mass Storage' as your USB connection method. This screen may vary by manufacturer.
        • Some Androids may have multiple destination drives, which will appear on your PC/Mac screen prompting you to choose the destination. Choose the destination where you would like to transfer your title (either to the Android's built in memory or an added SD card).
        • In the event that you do not have enough room on the device's internal storage, you may be required to insert a Secure Digital card with enough space to accommodate the title you are attempting to transfer.
      • Your Digital Copy file will begin to transfer/download.
        • Transfer/download speed will vary based on processer speed and internet connection.
      • The transfer is complete when you receive a "Transfer Complete" message.

  5. You may be prompted to re-enter your Activation code.
